Free shipping on every US order

All orders to US addresses ship free. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after a weekend or holiday start processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Orders ship from a US warehouse via FedEx and usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. If your tracking has not updated for 10 or more business days, email info@kohelet.digital and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change an address only before the order has shipped. Email info@kohelet.digital as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your order arrives damaged, email photos of the package and the product within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
