Privacy Policy — WrenView

This policy explains how WrenView ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from our store.

Information we collect

  • Order information: name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number and order details.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: messages you send to info@kohelet.digital.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order, including sending order and shipping updates.
  • To answer questions and handle returns.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our store secure.
  • To improve our store and, if you agree, to send marketing emails and show relevant ads.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (store platform), payment processors, our fulfillment partner and warehouse, shipping carriers such as FedEx, and email and advertising tools (for example Meta) when you have allowed marketing cookies. We do not sell your personal information.

The iCam365 app and camera footage

The WrenView camera connects to the third-party iCam365 app. Video, photos, account details and any subscription you start in the app are handled by the app provider under its own privacy policy. We do not have access to your camera footage or your app account.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences and measure site performance. You can control cookies in your browser and through our cookie banner where shown.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email info@kohelet.digital to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize other data when it is no longer needed.

Children

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
